Industrial Quality Battery Management

Eco-Friendly Regeneration

Client and Partner Programs

Value Added Partners

As we developed our lead-acid battery regneration products and battery management system to extend battery life, we also evaluated the market and the potential for competitively placing our lead-acid battery regeneration products and services across the US. This lead us to the decision to license the product and service rather than sell it. While there is a reasonable return on investment through the sale of the product, the cost would limit the use of the system in smaller companies and by the public who wanted to extend battery life. Our licensing program can economically provide lead-acid battery regeneration capabilities to companies as well as to the individual vehicle owner.

As you’ll see below, it also offers an unmatched business opportunity for individuals and small businesses to reap great rewards by implementing our service throughout their communities in an environmentally friendly way.

We have created three approaches to the licensing and marketing of our products and services in the US. All three are available through our VAP (Value Added Partner) program. BNB Battery LLC manages the VAP programs which include Direct VAP, Service VAP, and Alliance VAP. The capability to extend battery life through lead-acid battery regeneration and rejuvenation is here. It's time you took advantage of this opportunity to build a lasting business in this new and emerging market.

Direct VAP (DVAP)

A company (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation) who wants to offer our battery management system and services to companies in their assigned territory would do so through this program. The products would be licensed to businesses in an assigned territory that would then use the system to service batteries in their fleet. BNB would provide training, literature, and contracts to the DVAP. The DVAP would select a territory (usually determined by zip code and/or county) in which to license the product and would agree to minimum license quotas in that territory.

The assignment of a successful territory to a DVAP would restrict BNB from adding other DVAPs to the territory. There is no territory or franchise fee for this program at this time although there may be in the future. The DVAP might need to purchase (or license through BNB) a few items of test equipment to assist them in their licensing efforts.

Service VAP (SVAP)

A company (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation) who wants to offer battery services to companies in their assigned territory would do so through this program. Existing businesses to which the SVAP program might be popular include used car dealers, auto repair facilities, collision repair businesses, etc. The SVAP would license our products from BNB and then use them to service batteries in their assigned territory. The SVAP would set up agreements with businesses in the territory to pick up batteries on a regular schedule, service them, and then return them to the client at a discounted price. The SVAP would be responsible for providing all contracts between them and their clients and would establish their own pricing and guarantee programs.

There is no territory or franchise fee for an SVAP at this time although there may be in the future. The SVAP would be responsible for all costs associated with running their own business and for setting all battery service pricing in the territory. BNB would provide advice with regard to pricing strategy.

Alliance VAP (AVAP)

A company (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation) who wants to offer our maintenance services to companies in their assigned territory but who don’t have the capability or experience to develop their market would do so through this program. The AVAP would be provided battery service products by BNB at a small monthly fee to be used by the AVAP to service batteries.

BNB would sign contracts in the territory with end user businesses. BNB would assign the maintenance services to the AVAP. BNB would collect from the client all monies associated with the contract for maintenance services of their batteries.

The AVAP would pick up batteries from the client, service them, and then return them to these clients. The successful pick up, servicing, and return of a battery to the client would result in a payment from BNB to the AVAP for those services.

BNB would establish all pricing to the client for the maintenance and other services that might be performed by the AVAP. BNB would establish a per battery contract price with the AVAP. The AVAP would only be allowed to service batteries for the clients assigned to them by BNB.

In the event the AVAP finds new customers in the territory, unknown to BNB, who wish to have their batteries serviced, the AVAP would refer these clients to BNB and if a contract were put in place with the referred client, BNB would pay an additional fee per battery to the AVAP for any batteries serviced for that customer. BNB would handle all contracts and pricing for the client.

BNB would provide training, literature, contracts, and the maintenance service products to the AVAP and, as mentioned above, find customers for their services.

The AVAP would be responsible for acquiring all testing equipment, facilities, vehicles, personnel, and other items needed to provide battery maintenance services for clients.

Existing companies, or start ups, to which the AVAP opportunity might be popular include marinas, fleet maintenance companies, existing service organizations, etc.
